I have been much too busy over the last few weeks for my own sanity. It's been crazy around here.l My greatest fear was that my to do list may mate with my undone list and I'd have noting but lists of undone things to do all over my house!! All has not been lost in my creative world, however. I have done some stamping but admitedly not as much as I had hoped to do. I've actually been working on creating a bunch of cards to sell at the Ladies Auxiliary Rummage Sale that's happening in the middle of May. I want to get rid of a lot of my non-SU! stamping materials and also thought I could use a little corner of my booth to do a little advertising for myself!
I didn't want to leave my post without a little card share. This card is made using the paper piecing technique. You grab your favorite stamp, stamp it onto patterned paper, and cut it out for an accent area just like I've done on the bottom of the cupcakes and the candles. Decorate the rest of your project to suit your mood.
I'm off to Boy Scouts now. With any luck, I won't be so tired and may be able to get my creative juices flowing after the meeting!!

Love the paper piecing on the cupcake! Too cute! I don't know why I didn't think of that! Great project!
