The best of both worlds...

My Digital Studio has arrived!  Available on October 1, My Digital Studio from Stampin' UP! is the digital scrapbook solution for all SU! lovers.  This product is so versitile!!  You can obviously make disgital scrapbook pages but look what else you can make :)

MDS is not just for scrapbooking.  It's a full digital crafting solution!  My Favorite Recipes is a magnetic recipe card holder that incorporates digital paper crafting along with classic stampin'.  The little Voila chef is one of my faves.  The recipe card in From The Kitchen is another one of my favs.  The little holder with the kitchen converter was designed in My Digital Studio and printed on Whisper White. It will hold 16 of these layered recipe cards. Notice how the colors are perfect matches for our SU! color families?  That's not an accident!

Piece of Latte

The chef in Voila is one of my favorites in the whole Stampin' Up! Spring/Summer catalong. I just love his tray and all the great things you can put on top. I'm actually working on a class using my new little friend. Be sure to keep an eye out!
For this particular project, I used a paper piecing technique. The patterned paper is from the Taylor Made Simply Scrappin' kit. The image was simply stamped in Basic Black on Whisper White cardstock and on the striped patterned paper. I cut out the elements I wanted to use for his accessories and adhered them to the white card stock. I added the cup of latte from the accessory set, trimmed the whole thing, matted and voila!! Enjoy!
