What you see is not always what you get!

Who said cards should always open from the left or the top? I promise, it definitely wasn't me! I have to admit, though, I do get stuck in the traditional card rut every once in a while. Adding a little spark to your card can be as easy as adding just a couple Fabulous Folds!!

The card on the left looks unsuspecting enough, right? It was created on an Old Olive Textured Cardstock base and uses the Tall Tales Designer Series Paper and the Animal Stories Stamp Set. That cute little elephant was stamped in Brilliant Blue Classic Ink and mounted on Chocolate Chip Card Stock. The ribbon is from one of our great Ribbon Originals packages.

Sometimes looks can be deceiving :) This cute little card actually opens to reveal a fun tri-shutter design! Don't you just love the little owl hanging down to say hello? I really like the tri-shutter cards. There are lots of pannels to stamp and play with. They're super cute and a non traditional.
I'm looking forward to playing with some more Fabulous Folds. If you're in the Chicago area and want to try your hand at some Fabulous Folds, join me for September's Technique Tuesday class! During this class we will explore other Fabulous Folds to add to your WOW! card designs. Hope to see you there!!
